Shrimp puff

1- First, clean the skin of the shrimp and remove the veins, then boil it in water for 3 minutes and then pour it into the onion juice that you have already grated and separated the juice from. Add some lemon juice and black pepper, then mix it and put it in a closed container in the refrigerator for an hour.

2- Mix flour, eggs, saffron, yogurt, baking powder and salt together and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.

3- The prepared sauce should not be too hard or loose. If it is hard, add some yogurt and if it is loose, add some flour. Then we take out the shrimps and put them in the sauce, close the container and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

4- Heat the oil in a small non-stick dish, the dish should be small so that the oil covers the shrimps completely.

5- After the oil heats up, reduce the heat and put the shrimps into the oil one by one. When one side is golden, we turn the shrimp over so that the other side is also fried.
