1- Fry chopped onion in hot oil. Put the tamarind in boiling water, close the container and after 30 minutes knead it with your hands until the pickle and meat are separated from the core.
2- Pass tamarind through a strainer to prepare the desired sauce. Peel the garlic, chop it and add it to the onion and fry it together. Chop the vegetables finely and when the color of garlic and onion turns golden, add the vegetables and fry a little.
3- Add salt, pepper, turmeric and tomato paste and fry until the paste is completely fried in vegetables. Add the shrimps to the vegetables along with the tamarind sauce.
